We use leading edge techniques to re-engineer capacity to reduce health care costs. Over eighty percent of total health costs are locked in fixed capacity. We unlock these fixed costs by building client specific decision support tools, which integrate clinical practice patterns with capital allocation decisions. The tools provide increased accountability and control by helping the client manage both cost and quality of health care services.
